General Terms of Service
First article: Scope and field of application
These general terms of service stipulate the rights and obligations of the customers, the users of the website of the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company as well as service providers and suppliers of the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company. All customers, service users, service providers and suppliers and the Company's employees undertake to comply scrupulously with the following provisions.
Article 2: Data protection
All personal data processed through the website of the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company or exchanged in the course of commercial and business relations are confidential unless otherwise authorised by the parties. Any unauthorised access to the personal data of users or any unauthorised disclosure of personal data and business information processed within the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company will be brought to justice.
All employees and service providers as well as the suppliers of the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company are subject to obligation of discretion and professional secrecy without limit of time or space.
Article 3: Payment
Payment of the full fee is required upon registration or ordering of a service according to the currency indicated on the invoice issued by ExcellenceForAll S.A.
No service will be rendered without proof of payment received.
The means of payment accepted by the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company are the following :
- Payment in cash
- Payment by bank or postal transfer
- Electronic payment and credit card payment
The means of payment is indicated on each invoice.
The quote is free of charge if it does not involve extraordinary research costs in excess of EUR 100-. The quote is valid for ten days.
Article 4: Satisfaction guarantee and claim
ExcellenceForAll S.A. makes every effort to ensure and guarantee quality services to its users and customers.
In the event of non-satisfaction proven by the customer on the basis of the valid and relevant reasons attributable to the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company, the customer is entitled to demand a new delivery or refund for up to 50% of the value of the delivery.
The complaint must be made in writing with proof of payment using the contact form on the ExcellenceForAll S.A. website. Upon receipt of the complaint, the Company has a period of 45 days to decide and follow up.
Article 5: Specific cases
The special rules may apply in the case of a collaboration agreement with the specific institutions.
Language course services are subject to a specific regulations published on the website of the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company.
Each publishing service is subject to a publishing contract.
Article 6: Applicable legislation and competent courts
The law in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is applicable for the current website and the services of the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company according to the conditions of use presented above. For all matters not governed by the general terms, the legal provisions, in particular the Code of Obligations, shall apply. In the event of conflict, the dispute will be submitted to mediation, according to the Rules of Commercial Mediation of the Luxembourg Chambers of Commerce. If no agreement can be obtained by mediation within three months of the appointment of the mediator, or if either party withdraws from the mediation, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The jurisdiction of international courts is reserved in case of exhaustion of remedies at the national level.
