ExcellenceForAll is a multinational specialised in the promotion of the world's languages. As such, the Company provides consultancy services which offer a combination of excellence and know-how in the area of language training, translation and interpretation, revision and editing, as well as publishing.

Mr. Hilaire Bell, a Cameroonian citizen born on June 3, 1980 in Yaoundé, is the founder of ExcellenceForAll Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore as well as ExcellenceForAll Africa S.A.U. in Dakar and ExcellenceForAll Ivoire Sarl in Ivory Coast. Each company is independent and financially autonomous.

ExcellenceForAll's mission is to promote African and foreign languages in Africa and abroad, through dialogue, comprehension, vocational education and training, as well as services offer.

In this regard, the company is responsible for:

• Providing African, European, Asian, American language classes in every level of the training programme, including the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
• Assisting public authorities, national and international institutions and organisations, the civil society, companies and local authorities in their efforts aimed at identifying the needs and drawing up language training plans, and in the various related areas of professional and technical knowledge.
• Providing a wide range of linguistic and consultancy services, including translation, interpretation, correction, revision and editing.
• Organising conferences, seminars, symposia, language stays abroad to keep up dialogue and comprehension skills, the appropriation of world's languages, sciences and technique.

To fulfil its task and meet the objectives set out, ExcellenceForAll intends to mobilize state-of-the-art resources necessary for the implementation of the quality policy it plans to put in place, be them human, technical, physical, financial or infrastructural. This implies a performance-focused strategy, hence our slogan "Your partner for performance".

Our quality policy relies on a participatory approach. One of the foremost aims of our quality policy is to satisfy our customers. A satisfaction questionnaire is administered to customers in order to gauge their satisfaction and gather their suggestions in order to improve our weaknesses.

As far as consultants and instructors are concerned, they all graduated from university with at least a Master Degree. They are all committed, through the signature of the code of ethics and confidentiality, to respect quality and probity standards.

With respect to working conditions, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection, ExcellenceForAll has a Social and Environmental Responsibility policy. The company wants to be a Green company. Our internal and external communication aimed at reducing the use of paper.
